Privacy Policy

MeetMeQuickly gives agents and other professionals a simple way to let clients book time with them. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and who sees it.

Who we are

MeetMeQuickly (“MMQ”, “we”) is operated by Thunderbird Agency, LLC. Questions about this policy or your information: Support@AgentPowerups.com.

Two kinds of people use MMQ: agents — the agents and other professionals who use MeetMeQuickly to create a scheduling page — and visitors, who use an agent’s page to book an appointment.

What we collect from agents

  • From your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address and profile photo.
  • Access to your Google Calendar, limited as described in the next section.
  • What you tell us: the kinds of appointments you take, your scheduling rules, your hours, your link, and your mobile number, company (a brokerage, say), office address, location and time zone if you add them.
  • The appointments booked through your page and the answers your clients give.
  • Technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as IP addresses for rate limiting and error logs.

How MMQ uses your Google data

MMQ asks Google for two calendar permissions, and uses each for one job:

  • See when you’re busy (free/busy). MMQ reads the start and end times of the busy periods on your calendar so it never offers a time you already have something. This permission does not show MMQ your events’ titles, descriptions, locations or guests.
  • Manage events. MMQ uses this only to add, update and cancel the appointments booked through MMQ. It does not read, change or delete your other events.

We use Google data only to provide MMQ’s scheduling features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. People at MMQ do not read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it. We share it only with the service providers that run MMQ for us, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you.

MeetMeQuickly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Google access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect MMQ at any time from your Google Account’s third-party access settings; MMQ then stops seeing your calendar.

What we collect from visitors

  • The name and contact details you give (email and/or phone).
  • Your answers to the agent’s questions, such as your timeline or the areas you’re interested in.
  • The appointment itself: the time, the kind of appointment, what it’s about if there is something specific (a property, for example), and where the booking came from (for example, a website, a QR code or a campaign link).
  • Technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as your IP address for rate limiting.

Who sees visitors' information

  • The agent you booked with. They see your booking and answers in MMQ, and the appointment goes on their calendar. If they use Google Calendar, your name and email are added to the event and Google may send you an invitation.
  • The agent’s Golodex account, only if the agent switches it on. Nothing goes to Golodex unless the agent has switched on sending bookings to Golodex in their dashboard, and it stops when they switch it off. While it’s on, MMQ sends each booking — your contact details, the appointment, what it’s about (such as a property), the kind of appointment (such as buying or selling), where the booking came from and your answers — so the agent can keep track of your relationship.
  • The partner service that sent you, if any. If you booked through a service connected to MMQ, such as a listing website or a text conversation, that service may receive the booking details it needs to confirm or follow up on your appointment.
  • Our email provider, Resend, which delivers MMQ’s emails: your confirmation (and a notice if the appointment changes or is cancelled) when you gave an email address, and the agent’s notice of your booking, which includes your contact details and answers.
  • Service providers that host and run MMQ for us, only as needed to do that.

We do not sell visitors’ information.

AI assistance

MMQ may send short pieces of text to an AI provider (Anthropic) to help understand them, when the plain-English reader built into MMQ isn’t sure:

  • a scheduling rule an agent writes in their own words;
  • the words a visitor types to say when they’d like to meet (for example “Saturday morning, but not before 10”), with the agent’s time zone and the current date so the words can be read correctly.

Calendar events, busy times and contact details are never sent. Anything a visitor writes in that box is sent as written, so it’s best not to include personal details there.

Cookies and your browser

We use one cookie to keep agents signed in and a short-lived one while connecting Google. We don’t use advertising cookies. The sign-up page saves unfinished answers in your own browser so a reload doesn’t lose them, and removes them when you finish.

How long we keep information

We keep information while an agent’s account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service, and delete it when asked unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

  • Agents can change their details, rules and hours at any time, disconnect Google from their Google Account’s third-party access settings, and ask us to delete their account.
  • Visitors can cancel or reschedule from the link on the confirmation screen, or in the confirmation email when they gave an email address, and can ask the agent or us to see, correct or delete their information.

To make a request, email Support@AgentPowerups.com.

Security

Connections to MMQ are encrypted, and Google access tokens are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if you think something is wrong, tell us at Support@AgentPowerups.com.

Children

MMQ isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update this page, and tell agents by email about significant changes.
