Terms of Service

The rules for using MeetMeQuickly, written to be read.

The service

MeetMeQuickly (“MMQ”, “we”) is operated by Thunderbird Agency, LLC. It gives agents and other professionals who use MeetMeQuickly (“agents” in these terms) a scheduling page that checks their calendar and lets clients book appointments. By creating a page, or by booking an appointment through one, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your free page

Your scheduling page, your Google Calendar connection and your booking rules are free. We may offer paid features in the future; we won’t charge you for anything without your clear agreement.

Your account

  • Keep the Google account you sign in with secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give accurate details about yourself, and don’t create a page in someone else’s name.
  • Your link is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim links that impersonate others or break these terms.

Your calendar and your appointments

MMQ offers times based on your calendar, your hours and your rules. It can’t know about commitments that aren’t on your calendar, so keep your calendar current. The appointments clients book are between you and them, and you’re responsible for keeping or rescheduling them.

Fair treatment and the law

  • You agree to follow the anti-discrimination laws and the rules of your profession when you use MMQ — in real estate, for example, fair housing laws, your brokerage’s policies and your MLS’s rules.
  • Don’t use MMQ to screen, steer or treat anyone differently because of a protected characteristic.
  • Questions you ask clients must not ask about protected characteristics. MMQ checks custom questions and may refuse ones that do.
  • If you text or call the people who book with you, you’re responsible for following the rules that apply, including getting consent.

Acceptable use

Don’t use MMQ to send spam, mislead people, break the law, or try to break, overload or get around the service’s security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Connected products

MMQ works with Google Calendar and, if you choose to connect them, products such as Golodex, MaxMyListing, Skylight and Speed-to-Lead. Each has its own terms, which apply when you use it.

Visitors

If you book through an agent’s page, please give accurate details so the agent can reach you. The appointment is between you and the agent: MMQ is not a party to it, or to any transaction or agreement that follows.

Availability and warranties

We work hard to keep MMQ running, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every appointment will reach every connected calendar or product.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Thunderbird Agency, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as a missed appointment or lost business — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Ending your use

You can stop using MMQ at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing Support@AgentPowerups.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when we reasonably can.

Changes

If we change these terms we’ll post the new version here, and tell agents by email about significant changes before they take effect.

Governing law

The governing law and how disputes are resolved will be set during legal review.
